Join Reginald Mebane of the Center for Disease Control as he discusses it's role in safeguarding the world against public health and pandemic threats. The CDC's mission involves working with preparedness and support partners locally, nationally and globally at the right times to secure our nation's health. The recent Ebola outbreak and the current Zika challenge force us to be aware and astute travelers in today's world.
Reginald Mebane, M.S. has spoken previously for CLE. He is currently the director of the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity at the CDC, where he began as Chief Management Officer in 2005, with direct authority for the management of the $4 billion budget for the Center for Infection Disease.
